We plant our own herbs and spices in the back of our spa houses. Even though it is only a small piece of garden, but it contains substantial plants both for the ingredients we use to cook at our Café and for most of our Spa products. There is no way we are going to waste the nature gift given to us by having a land with such fertility. The benefit is to have the herbs and spices picked up fresh on daily basis. We use only natural fertilizer and avoid using any chemical products for our garden to preserve its taste and benefit.
